SCS Illinois Shoebox Swap- My husband has agreed...
...to drive with me to Chicago for the Splitcoaststampers Illinois Shoebox Swap.
You see, I don't like freeways. And I don't like driving in Chicago. No offense to Illinois drivers (although if you talk to any Wisconsinite they will tell you Illinois drivers are crazy...) my problem with Illinois driving is in my own head. I'm just not comfortable with it. The only time I will drive on freeways is to go to my downline's house in Twin Lakes. And I don't take the freeway all the way down.
soooo... when I got a message from Sarah Moore asking if I'd come, I didn't want to get my hopes up. I knew I'd have to ask my dear husband to come with me.
well I asked him and HE SAID YES!
So I get to go to the Illinois Shoebox Swap! I'm so excited!

Suspend a Spider
Tonight is the Suspend-a-Spider and Web Spray Magic class at my house - 2 great Halloween projects using my one and only current Halloween set I own. I've demo'd this set 3 years straight on Halloween. It starts at 6:30 and I can take a few more people for it if anyone wants to call or show up.
Art Association Classes
The classes at the Kenosha Art Association have been fun and I've met a bunch of really nice people. I've been teaching Christmas cards and packaging classes there this fall. Starting in January, there will be some other great stamping classes to attend at the KAA.
Kenosha Public Library Classes
The Christmas card classes I'm teaching at the Kenosha Public Library in November are almost filled up. The one on Nov. 28 at Soutwest is filled. The one on Nov. 29 at Northside still has a few spaces open as far as I know. Get yourselves signed up if you want to come. This is the same class being offered at the Village of Caledonia Rec Center - so no need to sign up for both/all.
More Foster Kittens
I'm picking up another litter of foster kittens this afternoon. There are 6 of them. Photos coming!
