I enjoyed your comments on buying paper. I am one that should not even look at it at local stores and I have bought too much online at different people's suggestion. I have gone to the Walmart and bought two sets of the 12/12 sterlite plastic drawer sets. The paper fits perfectly in it. I have organized it to my own discretion and it works fine for me. Scraps. I am bad, don't save much when it comes to scraps. I have a trash can too close by. I of course, have kept the half sheets and quarter sheets and have them in with the already sorted paper. Any more suggestions to the librarian way of doing things. I do like to be organized and always looking for new ideas.
