Melissa Banian mailed me a Blogger RAK!
Melissa loves primas! Her cute RAK features two panels that are secured by a pretty blue ribbon and prima flowers. Easter Egg colored scrapbook paper graces the inside where a butterfly and greeting are stamped and hidden behind the panels.

The background layer is a technique from technique junkies called Frog in the Blender. The butterfly is another technique that I can't remember the name of, oops! LOL!
